These terms govern the use of wearemonoframe.com, which is operated by Görkem Dereli under the MONOFRAME brand. By using the site you accept these terms. Questions: wearemonoframe@gmail.com.
2. What the site does

The site presents MONOFRAME’s services, its own products (CHEFRA, Vakitto, Fitcorium, YoyaGO, upBEATvideo) and the templates it sells on Gumroad, and lets you send a project request or a DJ Academy application through forms.
Nothing is sold or paid on wearemonoframe.com and no user account is created here. Information on the site is general and may change; it is not a binding offer.
3. Our products

Links to our products take you to each product’s own website. Business and individual sign-ups, memberships, prices, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled there and are governed by that product’s own terms and privacy policy. The current scope and prices are those shown on the product’s own site.
4. Templates on Gumroad

Templates are bought on Gumroad (wearemonoframe.gumroad.com). Gumroad processes the payment as the selling platform and its own terms apply to the purchase. The scope of the licence is stated on each product’s page. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Project requests and DJ Academy applications

A project request sent through the form is a request for a proposal; it does not create a contract or any payment obligation. The scope, timeline, fee, payment terms and rights to the deliverables of a design or software project are set out in a separate written proposal or contract. Prices shown on the site are for information; the binding price is the one in the written proposal.
A DJ Academy application is likewise not a payment obligation. The package, schedule and payment terms are as described on the DJ Academy page and agreed with you afterwards.
Please give accurate information in the forms. Your data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, graphics, code and the MONOFRAME and product names and logos on this site belong to MONOFRAME or their respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Rights in project visuals shown on the site remain with their respective rights holders.
7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or its forms for unlawful purposes, to send spam or automated submissions, to collect data without permission, to spread malware or to bypass security measures. Submissions that breach these rules may be deleted without reply.
8. Liability and links

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from this site, including Gumroad. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
9. Changes

These terms are effective from 17.10.2026. When they change, the updated version is published on this page with its new effective date.

Site; MONOFRAME’in hizmetlerini, kendi ürünlerini (CHEFRA, Vakitto, Fitcorium, YoyaGO, upBEATvideo) ve Gumroad’da satılan hazır temalarını tanıtır, formlar aracılığıyla proje talebi ve DJ Academy başvurusu göndermenizi sağlar.
wearemonoframe.com üzerinden satış veya ödeme yapılmaz, kullanıcı hesabı açılmaz. Sitedeki bilgiler genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır, değişebilir ve bağlayıcı bir teklif niteliği taşımaz.
3. Ürünlerimiz

Ürün bağlantıları sizi ilgili ürünün kendi sitesine yönlendirir. İşletme ve bireysel kayıt, üyelik, fiyat, ödeme, iptal ve iade işlemleri orada yürütülür ve ilgili ürünün kendi kullanım koşulları ile gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Güncel kapsam ve fiyatlar, ürünün kendi sitesinde yer alan bilgilerdir.
4. Gumroad’daki hazır temalar

Hazır temalar Gumroad üzerinden (wearemonoframe.gumroad.com) satın alınır. Ödeme, satış platformu olarak Gumroad tarafından alınır ve satın alma işlemine Gumroad’un kendi koşulları uygulanır. Lisans kapsamı her ürünün sayfasında belirtilir. Tüketici olarak kanundan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
5. Proje talepleri ve DJ Academy başvuruları

Form aracılığıyla gönderilen proje talebi bir teklif isteğidir; sözleşme veya ödeme yükümlülüğü oluşturmaz. Tasarım ve yazılım projelerinde kapsam, süre, ücret, ödeme koşulları ve teslim edilen işler üzerindeki haklar ayrı bir yazılı teklif veya sözleşmeyle belirlenir. Sitede yer alan fiyatlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; bağlayıcı fiyat yazılı teklifte yer alan fiyattır.
DJ Academy başvurusu da ödeme yükümlülüğü oluşturmaz. Paket, takvim ve ödeme koşulları DJ Academy sayfasında belirtildiği şekilde ve sonrasında sizinle kararlaştırılarak belirlenir.
Formlarda doğru bilgi vermeniz gerekir. Kişisel verileriniz Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında işlenir.
6. Fikri mülkiyet

Sitedeki metinler, tasarımlar, görseller, kod ile MONOFRAME ve ürün adları ve logoları MONOFRAME’e veya ilgili lisans verenlerine aittir; yazılı izin olmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz ve ticari amaçla kullanılamaz. Sitede gösterilen proje görsellerine ilişkin haklar ilgili hak sahiplerinde kalır.
7. Kullanım kuralları

Site ve formlar; hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, istenmeyen veya otomatik gönderim yapmak, izinsiz veri toplamak, zararlı yazılım yaymak ya da güvenlik önlemlerini aşmak için kullanılamaz. Bu kurallara aykırı gönderimler yanıtlanmadan silinebilir.
8. Sorumluluk ve bağlantılar
